FINAL EXAMINATION RESULTS FOR SEMESTER II 2010/2011

The above matter is referred.

The Special Senate Meeting which was held on the 13th of June 2011 has approved and verified the examination results for students of Universiti Malaysia Pahang. Students can check their result through E-Community at 12.00 PM, 15th June 2011 (Wednesday).

Kindly take note of the following important announcements:



1. Lecture session for Semester I Session 2011/2012 will begin on 12th September 2011.

2. Online course registration date: 29th August – 13th September 2011.

3. Course registration date with penalty (RM 30 per subject): 14th – 15th September 2011

4. Examinantion result slip can be collected from the Faculty on 12th September 2011.

5. Students who have finished their studies: Academic Transcript can be obtained from the Academic Management Division (BPA) on 4th July 2011.

6. Students who fail to remain in good academic standing:

i) Kedudukan Gagal (Diberhentikan Pengajian)– Letter of Dismissal will be sent to student, parent/guardian, first guarantor and second guarantor on 14th of June 2011. This can be checked through BPA Portal & notice board on 15th June 2011

ii) P1 (Pemulihan 1) and P2 (Pemulihan 2) - Letter of Academic Warning will be sent to student, parent/guardian, first guarantor and second guarantor on 15th of June 2011. This can be checked through BPA Portal & notice board on 15th June 2011.

7. Students who defer their studies: Re-registration letter will be sent to student on 30th June 2011.

8. Revision of examination grades: 12th – 15th September 2011. Grade Appeal Form can be obtained from the Academic Management Division (BPA). The payment for appeal & revision is RM50.00 per subject and should be made at the Student Finance Unit.

Dengan segala hormatnya perkara di atas adalah dirujuk.

Mesyuarat Senat Kali Ke -75 Bil. 5/2011 (Khas) yang bersidang pada 13 Jun 2011 telah mengesahkan keputusan peperiksaan bagi pelajar Universiti Malaysia Pahang. Pelajar boleh melihat keputusan peperiksaan melalui E-community masing-masing mulai jam 12.00 tengahari 15 Jun 2011 (Rabu).

Berikut ialah beberapa pengumuman penting untuk tindakan dan rujukan pelajar :

1. Tarikh mula perkuliahan Semester I Sesi 2011/2012 ialah pada 12 September 2011.

2. Tarikh pendaftaran kursus (Secara Online) : 29 Ogos – 13 September 2011.

3. Tarikh pendaftaran kursus berdenda RM30 / kursus : 14 – 15 September 2011.

4. Tarikh pengambilan slip keputusan peperiksaan di fakulti ialah pada 12 September 2011.

5. Tarikh pengambilan Transkrip Akademik kepada pelajar yang tamat pengajian di BPA ialah pada 4 Julai 2011.

6. Pelajar yang gagal mengekalkan status akademik yang baik:

i) Kedudukan Gagal (Diberhentikan Pengajian): Surat pemakluman mengenai perberhentian pengajian dipos kepada pelajar, ibu/bapa/penjaga, penjamin 1 & penjamin 2 pada 14 Jun 2011. Senarai pelajar Kedudukan Gagal (Diberhentikan Pengajian) akan dipamerkan di portal BPA dan papan kenyataan BPA pada 15 Jun 2011

ii) Pelajar yang mendapat status akademik Pemulihan 1 & Pemulihan 2 : Surat amaran mengenai pencapaian akademik dipos kepada pelajar & ibu/bapa/penjaga pada 15 Jun 2011. Senarai pelajar Pemulihan 1 & Pemulihan 2 akan dipamerkan di portal BPA dan papan kenyataan BPA 15 Jun 2011

7. Surat panggil daftar semula pelajar yang menangguhkan pengajian : Surat akan diedarkan pada 30 Jun 2011.

8. Tempoh rayuan semakan keputusan peperiksaan berbayar : 12 – 15 September 2011. Sila dapatkan borang semakan di BPA. Kadar rayuan penyemakan adalah sebanyan RM 50.00 bagi setiap mata pelajaran. Semua pembayaran hendaklah dibuat dan dijelaskan sendiri oleh pelajar di Unit Penerimaaan & Kewangan Pelajar, Jabatan Bendahari.

Sekiranya pelajar mempunyai pertanyaan, sila berurusan di Kaunter Perkhidmatan, Bahagian Pengurusan Akademik.
